Training Agreement
This Agreement is entered into between Diving Secrets Company — Commercial Registration No. (1010749274), the company owning the "Diving Secrets Center" trademark (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or the "Center") — and the trainee who registers in any training course offered through the Website (hereinafter referred to as the "Trainee").
Article 1: Definitions
- "Center": "Diving Secrets Center", the training center accredited by the PADI International Organization with a 5-Star IDC rating.
- "Website": The official website of the Center (divingsecrets.com.sa).
- "Trainee": Any person who registers in any of the training courses offered by the Center and pays the fees thereof.
- "Training Course": The training program offered by the Center in scuba diving, swimming, freediving, kids' programs, and yoga.
- "Instructor": The instructor accredited by competent international organizations and assigned by the Center to deliver the course.
Article 2: Formation of the Contractual Relationship
- The contractual relationship arises upon completion of registration and payment of the course fees through the Website.
- Registration in the course constitutes the Trainee's acknowledgement of having read this Agreement and unconditional acceptance of all of its provisions.
- The Trainee must possess full legal capacity (eighteen years of age), and minors are registered through a guardian who bears full responsibility.
- The Trainee undertakes to truthfully and accurately complete the PADI Medical Statement form before the course commences.
- In case of any medical condition, the Trainee must provide a certified medical report authorizing them to practice diving prior to participation.
- The Trainee bears full responsibility for any harm arising from concealing or misrepresenting medical information.
Article 3: Eligibility and Health Requirements
- The Trainee must possess full legal capacity (eighteen years of age), and minors are registered through a guardian who bears full responsibility.

Article 4: Course Fees and Payment Method
- The full course fee shall be paid upon registration; published prices include the Value Added Tax.
- Course fees include — unless otherwise stated — the PADI-approved training materials, the international certification fees, and the theoretical and practical training.
- Course fees do not include — unless otherwise stated — transportation, accommodation, or meal costs during open-water training trips.
Article 5: Course Duration
- The course execution period is set at two (2) months from the registration date, and the Trainee shall complete all course requirements (theoretical and practical) within this period.
- If the Trainee does not complete the course within two months from the registration date for any reason attributable to them, the Center is entitled to cancel the course without the Trainee being entitled to claim any refund of any portion of the fees paid.
Article 6: Cancellation and Refund
All cancellation and refund requests related to training courses shall be subject to the provisions of the "Return and Exchange Policy" approved by the Center, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.
Article 7: Trainee Responsibility and Disclaimer
- The Trainee acknowledges that diving involves physical risks that may extend to severe injury or death, and that they accept participation voluntarily and with full awareness of these risks.
- The Trainee undertakes to fully comply with the instructor's instructions, safety regulations, and PADI standards.
- The Center, its instructors, and its employees are discharged from any civil or criminal liability for any harm to the Trainee resulting from their breach of safety instructions or concealment of medical information.
Article 8: Intellectual Property of Training Materials
- All intellectual property rights of the training materials are the exclusive property of Diving Secrets Company and the PADI International Organization.
- The Trainee is prohibited from copying, distributing, or using the training materials for any commercial purpose.
Article 9: Issuance of Certification
- The PADI international certification is issued to the Trainee upon successful completion of all course requirements according to approved standards.
- The Center does not guarantee the Trainee's success in the course, as this depends on attendance and compliance with the instructor's directives.
Article 10: Final Provisions
- This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and judicial jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in the city of Riyadh.
- Arabic shall be the prevailing language for interpretation of this Agreement.
- The Center reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time, with amendments effective upon publication on the Website.
